Who is responsible?
Willander AS, organization number 928489574, is the controller for the processing described here. Its address is Øvre Langgate 57, 3110 Tønsberg, Norway.
For questions or a rights request, write to that address and mark the correspondence “Privacy — Snorehelper.” Include enough information to explain your request and a return address for the response. Do not send identification documents unless they are requested through an appropriate process.
What the website does
The site provides general information without accounts, checkout, patient referrals, symptom scoring or recording tools. Searches and topic filters operate locally in the browser. The search text is not submitted to a search service or added to the URL by this site.
We have not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts or profiling tools. The site does not use your reading activity to make automated decisions about your health. The hosting provider still processes technical requests to serve and protect the site.

Technical information when you visit
Vercel hosts the website. Requests for pages and files can involve IP addresses, request time, requested URLs and query parameters, browser information and response or error codes. Security services may also process connection signals to detect abuse.
This information is used for delivery, troubleshooting and security. Avoid placing health information or confidential data in a URL. We have not configured a separate export of site logs to another logging service.

When you contact the publisher
If you write to us, we process the contact details and content you choose to provide so that we can handle the matter. You decide whether to contact us. A reply requires a usable return address.
Please limit correspondence to the editorial or privacy issue. Snorehelper does not need your symptoms, medical records or identification numbers to explain its content. We do not use correspondence for patient referrals.
Purposes and legal grounds
Willander AS operates from Norway, where the GDPR applies through Norwegian law. The legal grounds below concern the actual limited activities of this site, rather than a claim that every privacy law worldwide has the same scope.

Providers and disclosure
Vercel provides hosting and global content delivery. Domeneshop provides domain registration and DNS. A request to load a page is not a medical consultation and is not sent to a clinic by Snorehelper.
Providers may use subprocessors and may process some service or security information under their own responsibility. Their terms describe those roles. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising in this version of the website.

International processing
Global hosting can involve processing outside Norway and the European Economic Area. Vercel’s data-processing terms describe international transfer arrangements, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
We do not promise that all provider processing stays in Norway or the EEA. Contact the publisher for information about applicable recipients and safeguards.

Retention
Correspondence is retained while it is needed to handle the request and necessary follow-up. Relevant material may need to be kept longer for a specific legal obligation, dispute or unresolved complaint. A correction can be documented without retaining the sender’s identity when identity is unnecessary.
Technical retention varies by the hosting function, account configuration and purpose. The retention period for one runtime-log feature is not a deletion deadline for every security or service record. Vercel describes its own retention criteria in its privacy notice. Contact us for details relevant to a particular request.

Your rights
You may request access to personal data, correction, deletion or restriction where the applicable conditions are met. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Portability applies only to qualifying automated processing based on consent or contract, so it does not automatically cover every technical record.
Write to the publisher’s address above to exercise your rights. Under the GDPR, responses are generally due within one month; a permitted extension must be explained within that first month. Additional information may be needed when there is reasonable doubt about identity, but do not send identity documents unprompted.
You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, about processing you believe breaches applicable rules. Contacting us first is welcome but is not a condition for making a complaint.

Links to other websites
External sources have their own privacy practices. Following a link sends a normal request from your browser to that website. It does not send correspondence you have written to us.
Access to a protected editorial preview may involve Vercel sign-in and its own authentication information. That is separate from the reading features described above.
Changes to this notice
This notice should be updated when the service or processing changes. The revision date above identifies this text version. New forms, analytics, commercial features or an app would need their own assessment and updated information before activation.
